- Must have previous florist experience including work on weddings, funerals and other events
- Correct processing of flowers is a must
- Prior experience with client intake and management. Must be someone who works well with others/customers
- Prior experience in creating mood boards and pricing for select floral arrangements
- Expert design replication ability required
- Can pay attention
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be very professional
- Weekday availability required
- Flexibility with weekend availability
