GAS STATION CASHIER
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in our Gas Station, The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with cashier duties in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking shelves and displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Promote sales of jewelry and other products through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain a tidy workspace
- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and keep track of merchandise levels
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively
