Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable self starter to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods through our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accountability.
Duties
Receive incoming merchandise into inventory tracking software.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate handling of packages.
Prepare and deliver weekly product transfers between stores.
Assist with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
Organize and correctly label incoming and existing products.
Assist with fulfillment as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Skills
Basic math and counting skills.
Using Square Inventory or similar warehouse management systems is preferred.
Ability to carry loads up to 50lbs up and down stairs regularly.
Experience in inventory control processes and shipping/receiving operations.
Ability to drive own vehicle.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for package handling.
Experience working in small business is a plus
Fulfillment experience is a plus.
