The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret and communicate insights in both Spanish and English. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders across different languages and regions.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business teams.Interpret trends and patterns in large data sets to support decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.Translate reports, presentations, and key findings into Spanish and communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation processes.Support data-driven projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).1+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
