Location: Schaumburg, IL (Flexible with Remote Work)

Travel Stipend: $350/month

What You’ll Do:

As a Jr Sys Admin/Desktop Support Intern, you’ll be part of a professional IT team, working on:

Providing desktop support: Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues for end users

User account management: Help manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365 and Active Directory

Network security: Support the team in configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring network performance

System administration: Assist in managing Windows Servers, performing updates, and maintaining backups

Cybersecurity tasks: Learn how to implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including malware protection, threat detection, and incident response

Hardware installations: Participate in setting up workstations and configuring peripherals for various users

Office 365 management: Assist with email configurations, data security, and user access controls
