Position: IT Systems Engineer
Location: 50/50 WFH Hybrid with travel to Chicago, IL office.
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 DOE

Well renowned in the US across multiple states, this company provides retail supply chain management and specializes in category planning, planogram development, initial distribution, replenishment, and merchandising of their retail partners. They are approaching 30 years in business, employ over 250 members of staff and have a new, exciting opening for an IT Systems Engineer to be based 2-3 day remotely with hybrid travel to the Chicago, IL office.
This role serves as systems engineer for technologies deployed in the Data Center, Storage Area Networks (SAN), enterprise class servers, virtual server environments, enterprise backup technologies, enterprise systems, and performance monitoring platforms. Your role will be to design, build, manage, and monitor enterprise class production servers and SAN.
Ultimately, this position will allow you to solve a full range of complex problems/issues that arise with no red tape.

Key Technical Skills:
Office 365 (Azure AD, AD Connect, ADFS, OneDrive, Teams, Groups, PowerBI, ATP, E5 bundled applications and security features)
Windows 7 & 10, Windows Server 2008R2, 2012, 2016 & 2019
VMWare and Hyper-V
Experience with iSCSI, Fiber Channel and NFS storage connection protocols
PowerShell scripting
Deployment and management of Citrix
MFA solutions such as Duo, Azure or RS
Backup and DR
Root Cause analysis and resolution
This job will suit technically strong Tier III/Infrastructure/Systems Engineers who are feeling stagnant and aren't getting the most out of their capabilities.
