Customer Relations Specialist – Hybrid Schedule (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)

$24/hour during training | $49,920–$63,024 annually

Landmark Pest Management is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist to support our clients and technicians and help keep Chicago’s homes and businesses safe. Once fully trained, you will work three days per week in our Schaumburg office and two days from home.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Daytime hours only: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Hybrid schedule after training (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Starting pay: $24/hour during training

What You’ll Do

Assist clients by phone and email

Update service schedules and client accounts

Support managers with daily administrative tasks

Help route pest sighting information to technicians

Prepare invoices, process payments, and track follow-ups

Provide clear documentation and excellent customer service

Pitch in on office projects and trainings as needed
