Lincoln Park Bar Now Hiring: Certified Security/Door Person (PERC Card Required)
We’re looking for a professional, PERC-certified security/door person to join our team. This role is all about balancing a friendly, welcoming presence with strong safety enforcement for both staff and customers.
What we’re looking for:
Current PERC certification (required)
1 year experience minimum.
Courteous and approachable, with strong communication skills
Able to diffuse tense situations calmly and professionally and spot fake IDs
Comfortable enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift 20–75 lbs
Willing to work 2–4 shifts per week, including holidays and occasional Sundays
