No Experience Required
We’re looking for a professional, Security/ Dance Room Monitor to join our team. Np PERC-Certificate or previous security experience required. This role is all about balancing a friendly, welcoming presence with strong safety enforcement for staff, entertainers and customers.
What we’re looking for:
Strong Attention-to-detail skills as you will record all dance activity
Courteous and approachable, with strong communication skills
Able to monitor dances and calmly and professionally handle any situations that develop
Comfortable enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment
Willing to work 2–5 shifts per week, including some holidays and occasional Sundays
