Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers and promote our products effectively. This role involves working in a sales floor environment where you will be responsible for driving sales by making calls. The more calls you make the more money you will make, its that simple! We are selling peptides that every med spa needs, notice I did not say "want" I said "need"! They are looking for our product because of the FDA ruling last week where they were cut off from their old suppliers and now we are the only game in town. So its an easy close as long as you learn how to speak to doctors.
COMMISSION ONLY. The average sales person makes $300-$500 if they close one deal a day.
Duties
Responsible for performance in assigned State
Able to make 120+ calls a day to med spas in your assigned state
Promote and sell PureRx peptides to attain or exceed established sales quotas.
Establish and maintain interactive relationship with Supply manager or Owner of Medspa.
Establish and maintain an effective relationship with physicians, nurses, ancillary personnel, pharmacists, laboratory personnel, administrators, to provide information and sell PureRx products.
Submit complete timely reports (sales, expenses, market information, competitive activity, WAR reports, call cards, promotional ideas and technical inquiries to manager.
Maintain sales by providing customer service as outlined in field sales plan.
Maintain communication with other representatives, the region and corporate headquarters with respect to sales issues, sales and marketing ideas, and competitive information.
Be present in person for all company Meetings and Seminars.
Requirements:
Specialty Pharmaceutical Experience a plus but not mandatory
Specialty Pharmacy experience/understanding is a plus but not mandatory
Successful Sales Experience and Sales Ability is a priority
Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships and manage long sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to influence others
Complex Market Understanding
Experience in customer generation and development
Excellent communication and written skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated track record in sales
Must live in Chicago
