We are looking for a full time Asphalt Sales Executive to focus on business-to-business sales development. The Asphalt Sales Executive collaborates directly with the Director of Business Development to create and maintain client satisfaction and ensures a prominent level of service-to-customer relations. Responsible for building lists of sales leads, then pitching to these prospects to build the company's client list as well as maintaining an existing book of business. Ensures the needs of the customer are met, fosters the relationship, and seeks ways to drive additional business with the client.

Maintain extensive knowledge of company policies and procedures
Maintain extensive knowledge of company products and/or services
Provide excellent customer service; and resolve customer complaints
Manage and update on on-going basis using Zoom Info for tracking of prospects and customers.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Assist with building bids/quotes for new business opportunities
Communicates effectively with clients to ensure expectations are met
Responsible to accurately complete own administrative forms or reviews thereof, including but not limited to daily personal sales sheets
Assists with sales and renewals as directed by the Director of Business Development
Tracks and reports sales, client activity and proposal activity daily tracking report
Experience
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in parking lot/property maintenance, to include snow removal, concrete and asphalt.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong math skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Friendly.
Focus on customer satisfaction, Positive attitude.
Previous sales/business development experience
Understanding of customer service and sales practices.
Time Management, Conflict Resolution

A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in our industry.
Able to work effectively as a team and assist wherever the greatest needs may be.
