We provide unions and other associations with their permanent benefits they will carry with them after retirement and if they change careers or leave that position. We're provided with leads and resources so there is no cold calling or prospecting required. Since the pandemic we are able to do this 100 percent remotely so there is no longer any travel required. We're able to do everything form the comfort of our home. I'm also looking to develop 1-2 new leaders on my team to help with the training and growth of our business. We ranked #1 in the company as an agency last year and my team ranked #1 in our category for the company nationally. We're looking to repeat that. I'm looking for someone who wants to play a key part in continuing to be a winning organization.
