DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate commercial sales.
Measure for commercial flooring products as needed.
Must build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Must pass Criminal Background check
Must pass Motor vehicle report
Must have a minimum of 10 years of commercial flooring experience.
Familiar with Takeoffs and blueprints
Can measure for flooring products
Comfortable with using computers
