Event & Party Sales Coordinator – High Commission Opportunity (Town Hall Bowling & Banquet)

Compensation: $15/hour (on-site) + 15% commission on all booked events

Employment Type: Part-Time

Location: Town Hall Bowl & Banquet, West Suburb of Chicago

Town Hall Bowl is hiring a motivated and personable Event & Party Sales Coordinator to help grow our events business across two unique venues within one property:

A spacious upstairs banquet hall with a bar, stage, and dance floor

Our retro downstairs bowling alley, perfect for birthdays, corporate events, and private parties

This is a serious income opportunity for the right person. With banquet packages starting at $1,100 and full-lane parties ranging from $400 to $1,200+, the 15% commission structure creates real upside. You will also be paid $15/hour for your time in the building, averaging around 30 hours per payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound event inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins, social media)

Conduct in-person tours and walk-throughs of the banquet hall and bowling lanes

Close sales for events including birthdays, banquets, corporate outings, concerts, and more

Coordinate event details with our operations, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure seamless execution

Maintain lead tracking and follow-ups (CRM or spreadsheet)

Attend community events or vendor showcases to promote our space (optional, but a plus)

What We Offer:
