Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Joseph-James Enterprises, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our roofing, siding, and gutter business. This is a commission-based position that offers excellent earning potential for motivated, results-driven individuals. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry.

Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and expand our customer base.

Build and nurture relationships with both residential and commercial clients, offering tailored solutions to their roofing, siding, and gutter needs.

Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance and help them succeed.

Monitor and track team sales performance, reporting regularly to senior management.

Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in the home improvement, construction, or related industry.

Strong background in roofing, siding, and/or gutter sales is preferred.

Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and inspire a team.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by success in a commission-based environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:
