Full Time Sales Associate (OSKA Chicago)
As an empathetic fashion expert and representative of the OSKA brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer excellent, individually tailored customer service. You and the team make every purchase a special experience. To do this, you collect and develop customer data and ensure that the information is always up-to-date. Your analyses are the basis for sophisticated, customer-oriented campaigns, correspondence, and style coaching activities. You participate in all retail-related duties – including, but not limited to, sales, open/closing, and general upkeep of the shop. Achieving turnover goals as set by the GM, and measuring progress and results against these key targets. Part time considered.
Qualities/skills:
You love dealing with people and enjoy building a personal relationship with our customers
Ideally, you have already worked in retail or wholesale fashion and are keen to fully develop the possibilities of customer loyalty with the support of our CRM system
Must have a general proficiency with PC and windows software and fast data entry
Experience in posting on social media a plus
Careful and independent working style
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team orientation and hands-on mentality
