SALES JOB WITH SIX-FIGURES & UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL

Experience in Moving Sales is REQUIRED

We are looking for coachable, self-motivated, competitive, and well-spoken sales professionals with

the ability to persuade customers to choose our long-distance moving services. Stanford Van Lines

delivers the best quality moving services in the industry, and you should be able to sell its

VALUE, not just the price. This is a fast-paced phone sales environment with an emphasis on

CLOSING. You must have excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills with

good grammar. We are looking for friendly, responsible sales professionals to grow along with our

well-established company.

We will provide you with comprehensive orientation, access to corporate accounts, scripts,

processes, HOT LEADS, and ongoing support in our downtown Chicago office.

COMPENSATION & PAY:

We pay a $2,500 base Draw against a tiered Commission which is paid biweekly. We also provide

incentive bonuses and spiffs which all sales representatives qualify for. Depending on monthly

performance, sales representatives earn cash bonuses for exceeding sales quotas. With our proven

lead system, your earning potential is $5,000 -

$15,000+ per month with truly UNLIMITED upside.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities are to:

● First and foremost, BOOK MOVES.

● Respond to new leads within 5-15 minutes.

● Make at least 75 outbound calls per day or 4 hours of talk time at a minimum.

● Adhere to the script for both outbound and inbound calls.

● Properly utilize the CRM to document your follow-ups on leads, estimates, and booked moves.

● Gather accurate inventories and quote accurate estimates in a timely manner.

● Provide a superior customer experience at every step of the booking process.

● Educate customers about our services and ensure they understand the value.

● Use well-proven rebuttal techniques to overcome customer objections.

● Be diligent in follow-ups to book the move and prevent cancellations of booked moves.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Quality experience in moving sales and high past performance is a must. You must be persuasive

and not afraid to ask for business. Previous experience in moving, car rental, logistics, or

trucking is highly desirable.

● Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience is a must. Experience with

SmartMoving or Granot is a huge plus.

● Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations to determine the cubic feet of household

goods.

● Superb interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with customers and work effectively with

team members, customer service, and dispatch.

● Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal skills.

● A strong desire for personal development and career advancement.

● This is a full-time, in-office position in downtown Chicago (60607).

EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE:

● This is a full-time, in-office position in downtown Chicago (60607).

● Day shift, Monday to Friday, with one weekday off. (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm)

● Monday availability is a must due to high lead volume.

● Saturday rotations are required.

● Must be okay with sporadic calls/texts when customers are home.
