Responsibly and Duties:
Receiving all inbound customer sales orders and inquiries.
Entering sales orders and working with our purchasing department to confirm inventory levels and delivery times.
Working with our shipping department to achieve on time delivery to customers.
Establish and maintain friendly relations with customers, including responding to inquiries via emails and telephone.
Receive requests for quotes from customers and respond in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP Software
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work within time deadlines
Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts if they arise
Fastener and steel products experience a plus
