We Create Holiday Lighting Magic. From Halloween to Thanksgiving, Hanukkah to Christmas, New Year’s to the 4th of July—we light up Chicago all year long. But this season, we’re looking for a standout Design Sales Consultant to help us lead the charge.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-performing, creative, and growing business where your voice matters and your results shape your future. You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership, learn how to sell with strategy and heart to families and businesses, and have a direct hand in growing a company that’s beloved in the Chicagoland area.

I started this company out of the trunk of my car over 21 years ago, going door-to-door and offering lighting with heart. Today, we’re one of the most trusted holiday design companies in Chicago, known for custom lighting, five-star service, and a deep commitment to our clients and community.

This Role
Independent contractor position with strong earning potential
Full-time flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends during the holiday rush)
Direct training and mentorship in consultative NEPQ sales
Remote or in-person opportunities with real autonomy and growth
High-performing environment where your impact is seen, heard, and rewarded
Long-term contractor opportunities available after the season
What You’ll Be Doing
Sell full-service holiday lighting through warm and cold leads
Run engaging consultative design meetings via Google Meet, phone, or in-person
Follow a proven NEPQ-based framework to build connection and close confidently
Help clients visualize their homes and storefronts transformed through light
Track your pipeline, follow up, and deliver results
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is…
Confident, tech-savvy, and comfortable with Google Meet, email, phone, text, and social media
Energized by design, and helping people feel excited about their homes and businesses
Organized, driven, and not afraid of a fast-paced, evolving environment
Interested in growing with a company, not just clocking in
Available full-time through December, including peak weekends and evening availability
Hungry to learn, willing to be coached, and excited to contribute
