Job Description:
We are seeking passionate Remote Travel Agents who love sharing their travel experiences and knowledge with others! As a Remote Travel Agent, you will:
Plan and sell domestic and international travel vacations, including cruises and land packages
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate new business through referrals and repeat customers
Prepare and process trip-related documents and invoices
Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the travel experience
Communicate effectively, both written and orally
Use multiple websites and programs for multitasking
Requirements:
Effective communication skills, written and oral
Proficient computer skills, ability to multitask with various systems
Experience as a travel agent is a plus but not required
Knowledge of computer reservation systems is a plus
Fluency in English, multilingualism is a plus
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field is a plus
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
