We’re looking for driven, independent Sales Representatives to help homeowners after a recent storm in the northwest suburbs. TomKat Restoration specializes in roofing, siding (including aluminum siding replacement), and gutters, with a strong focus on insurance claim work.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to step into a market full of fresh leads — perfect for motivated people who want to control their income and make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do:
Knock on doors and talk to homeowners in storm-affected areas
Inspect properties for storm damage and explain findings
Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process
Build relationships and close deals
Work independently with support from an experienced team
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience preferred (construction, restoration, or door-to-door a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Confidence and great communication skills
Self-starter who thrives outdoors and enjoys independence
Entrepreneurial mindset — commission-driven
