MOOvers Chicago Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our thriving moving company on Chicago’s Northside! If you're a sales professional with a passion for providing top-tier service in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:
Utilize sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
Provide accurate, timely quotes for our moving services.
Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, offering exceptional service.
Collaborate closely with our moving team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Document sales and customer interactions efficiently in our CRM.
Team and Goal-Oriented Activities:
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Contribute to sales strategy and team discussions.
Requirements:
2 Years verifiable Sales experience in inside sales, with additional outside sales experience a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay is $20/hour plus 3% commission.
Note: This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 8 hours day shift.
Off: Thursday and Friday.
First month training schedule: Monday to Friday.
