Job Summary
We are a local independent dealership in Merrillville, Indiana; seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales/ Finance Associate to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various financial operations, ensuring accuracy in each transaction, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales and finance in independent dealerships.
Duties
Assist in the underwriting, closing, and funding of auto loans.
Vehicle inventory management.
Lead intake and follow up.
Experience
Previous experience in a finance-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual ( Spanish/ English) is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year
