Fireplace & Chimney Authority is seeking a Sales Representative who exceeds expectations. If you have a proven track record of surpassing sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and educating clients on high-end fireplaces, grills, and outdoor products, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
Engage customers in our inviting showroom, turning leads into sales.
Provide expert product knowledge and customization guidance for fireplaces and outdoor features.
Visit job sites to measure and consult on custom products.
Build lasting customer relationships through follow-ups and post-sale support.
Support showroom events, from product training to cooking classes.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales & Customer Service Experience (preferred).
Self-motivated & goal-driven individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of construction, appliances, or mechanical trades (a plus).
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
Availability Tuesday-Saturday (Monday-Saturday during peak season).
Willingness to work at both Lisle & Elmhurst locations.
