We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Associate to become part of our team! Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and routing them to the correct personnel. You'll also take phone orders and offer any needed customer support. Furthermore, we would like you to make courtesy calls to our existing customers and encourage them to purchase supplies or upgrade their machines. If you're successful in this role, it could lead to an opportunity for advancement into an inside sales position as well.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries
Provide information about our products
Generate new leads by reaching out to our customer database
Troubleshoot and resolve minor product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
