We are seeking a (spanish speaking preferred) bi-lingual sales person to join our staff, and be very involved with our Spanish marketing and Latino clientele.
Our location brings in a lot of Spanish speaking clients, and we want to hire someone who can answer all of their questions while providing great service.
Additionally, we do a lot of Spanish marketing and advertising, and we need someone who can help us manage the marketing strategy and the results it can bring into our store.
The person that we hire will be provided with internet, phone, and walk-in customers, and they will be responsible to communicate with the customers calling us or walking in with questions about vehicles we have in stock. We have over 150 vehicles and our cars are nice, ranging from $4000 - $60,000+ in price.
Pay: $5000-$10,000 per month.
This job pays a small weekly salary, plus commissions and bonus based on performance and vehicles that are sold per month. The average range of income per month doing this job is $5000-$10,000. Pay structure will be discussed in detail at time of interview. We provide all of the cars, customers, and computers necessary to do the job, and we want someone with a great personality who can help us sell customers the cars they come in asking about.
Responsibilities
Interact with potential customers through phone, internet, and in-person interactions.
Demonstrate knowledge of vehicles by offering different vehicle options as well as our finance options (thru banks and buy here pay here financing)
Use computer software to keep track of customers and stay in touch with text messages, emails, and phone calls
Offer expertise and strategy on how to market to specific customers
Follow up with unsold customers to ensure we were able to answer all of their questions and find out what we can do to earn their business
Skills
Strong people skills
Above average phone skills.
Good Computer and internet skills
Previous sales experience is required
Previous auto sales experience is preferred
Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus for communicating with diverse customer bases.
Good organizational skills
Must be willing to work Saturdays, we are closed on Sundays
40-45 hour work week, Sunday off as well as one day off during the week, 5 day work week.
