Description
Geotarget is looking for qualified appointment setters to prospect, generate leads, and call prospective customers. This opportunity will include rigorous training, and real-world sales experience. Appointment setters will gain hands on experience working with various sales reps across our team. Training includes: Prospecting, Qualifying, Pre-Research, Metrics/Closing Ratios/Calls to Appointments, Integrity, Time Management.
Appointment Setters Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect for potential customers
Real time call transfers of interested business owners to Sales Representatives
Train with members of the sales team
Master the Geotarget calling script
Attend regular sales meetings
Requirements:
Process oriented
Self-Motivated
Coachable
Good communication skills
Cold-calling a plus
Ability to work 20-35 hours per week
Must complete a Personality Profile and match our proven characteristics of success in this role
Benefits
$15.00 per hour plus commission
With commissions, current appointment setters are making between $20-$23 per hour.
