Herson’s Barbershop is six months old and growing fast. Our chairs are full, and we need another professional to help maintain our standards and meet demand. This isn't a high volume chain; it's a quality-first operation built on detail, client consultation, and a relaxed environment. We need an artisan, not just a clipper operator. We're looking for someone whose work reflects deep respect for the craft.
Expertise is Non-Negotiable: You must have a proven, expert level of skill in men's grooming. That means confidence with skin fades, classic cuts, shear work, and superior beard shaping.
A Focus on Detail:
Herson (17+ years experience) is meticulous. We want a barber who takes pride in the final, small details—the clean neck finish, the perfect balance, the precise line. He's willing to educate and elevate your skills, but you need the detailed foundation and the drive to improve.

You must be able to work comfortably and professionally with our diverse clientele. We value a relaxed, engaging, and professional chair side manner.
