We’re looking for a dynamic, licensed Nail Salon Manager to lead our team, deliver excellent client experiences, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee salon operations & staff scheduling
- Lead, coach, and motivate nail technicians
- Ensure top-quality customer service & satisfaction
- Manage product inventory & ordering
- Drive sales, promotions, and client retention
Qualifications
- Active IL Nail Technician License
- Minimum 5 years no no experience in a salon/spa
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
