I’m looking for an experienced nail technician to work on Saturdays from 9 am -5 pm with me in my private nail studio in Logan Square.You must have 3-5 years experience and an active Instagram account. You will be working on my regular clients and also new clients. The main goal is to provide excellent, friendly service based on each client’s individual needs. I can offer some additional training.
Skills required:
Must know proper safety and sanitation protocol, neat application of no chip manicures, structured gel overlays & and gel fills. Knowledge of how to repair broken nails, how to properly use an electric nail file for removing gel and doing fills, able to do simple nail art.
Desired skills:
Russian manicure techniques, knowledge of soft gels, gel nail extensions (sculpted or Apres Gel X), chrome powder application & exceptional French manicure application.
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality nail services
Cleaning work area before and after each client
Cleaning and disinfecting implements
Motivated to build and maintain client relationships
Taking before and after photos for salon marketing
Must have patience and a friendly demeanor, be on time and willing to work hard and build a clientele. I will provide everything you need in order to succeed as a well rounded nail technician. Online booking will also be available along with the option to view your work schedule online.
Pay depends on experience $15-18/hr plus tips.
