I've been in business for almost 30 years. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly; all of my clients feel at home. The space is very large (1000+ sq.ft.) and I would like to split it with a complementary business such as barber, manicurist, pedicurist, hair stylist, makeup artist, massage therapist, etc. The space is divided in the middle: you would get the back half (about 500 sq.ft.), which also contains a smaller, separate room that is perfect for skin/massage services. Your clients can enter/exit thru the main entrance in the front and your back half also has an entrance/exit to the parking spots behind the building. There are is also plenty of free public parking in the front. You would run your business & operations independently and just pay a monthly fee for your space.
