My name is Honorata and I am the owner of Trend Salon & Spa located right in the center of Downtown Des Plaines: 1430 Miner St. Des Plaines, IL 60016
I've been in business for almost 30 years. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly; all of my clients feel at home. The space is very large (1000+ sq.ft.) and I would like to split it with a complementary business such as barber, manicurist, pedicurist, hair stylist, makeup artist, massage therapist, etc.
I am offering 2 options: private room (100 sq.ft.) or the entire back half of the salon (500 sq.ft; includes the 100 sq.ft. private room). The space is divided in the middle; you would get the back half (about 500 sq.ft.), which contains a smaller, private room that is perfect for skin/massage services. Your clients can enter/exit thru the main entrance in the front and your back half also has an entrance/exit to the parking spots behind the building. There are is also plenty of free public parking in the front. You would run your business & operations independently and just pay a monthly fee for your space.
