Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Receptionist at Metabolix Fitness & Nutrition, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the administrative functions of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients.
- Maintain and update client records and information.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
