A well-established Managed Services Provider has an opening on the help desk. This is a great company to work for. We seldom have openings, but a team member is retiring after working here for over 20 years!

Besides the usual experience with computers and troubleshooting I'd really prefer someone with Application support experience, specifically with Document management systems. Net Documents and IManage to name a few.
