We’re looking for a maintenance tech who knows the difference between a crescent wrench and a paperweight.
If you’ve ever fixed a garbage disposal with a butter knife (and lived to tell the tale), you might be exactly who we’re after.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be turning wrenches, fighting water heaters, wrangling HVAC units, and occasionally saving the day when a resident’s AC goes out at the worst possible time.
Must haves:
Tools (bonus if you actually know how to use them)
Common sense (sadly not so common anymore)
Show-up-on-time energy
The ability to fix things without YouTube
