✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- We offer a generous pay plan that ranges from $75,196 - $150,257 per year. ✓ NO B.S. $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS – If you have 5+ years’ experience working for a professional auto repair business and a great attitude, we will put an additional $1,250 in your first paycheck and give you an additional $500 per month until you reach $2,500.
✓ GET PAID FOR WHAT THE JOB IS WORTH - Are you tired of not getting paid for what a job is worth? We pay full book time on every job, so no more 4-hour warranty time for a heater core. Plus, we never back-flag a tech or charge back for warranty work.
✓ WORK-LIFE BALANCE (5-DAY WORK WEEK) – We want your life to work inside and outside of the shop. Your weekends are yours to recharge by doing the things you love and spending time with your family and friends. We also work around family obligations so you can be there for the ones you love.
