58 year old Company seeking an experienced and reliable basement-remodeling subcontractor for residential projects in the Chicagoland area.
Scope of Work Includes:
Framing, drywall, taping & mudding
Egress windows / well installation (bonus)
Insulation
Coordination with electrical and plumbing trades (or subcontracting as needed)
Flooring, trim, doors, finish work
Painting and final cleanup
Ensuring work meets local code, permitting & inspection requirements
Ideal Crew Will Have:
Proven experience finishing basements in residential settings
Licensed, bonded and insured – you must provide proof
Familiarity with relevant local building codes (is a plus)
Strong references and a portfolio of past work (photos)
Good communication skills, punctuality, and a clean job-site mindset
Ability to coordinate and work with subcontracted trades (electrician, plumber) when needed
