We are currently hiring a Lead Brand Promoter for our upcoming season of Home Shows, Expos, and the State Fair.
This is NOT an entry-level flyer distribution gig. We are the leaders in Ceramic Wall and Roof Coating technology. We are looking for a professional who understands home improvement to man our booths and educate homeowners on why they should never paint their house again. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, educating homeowners on why we are superior to traditional paint.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We need someone with Industry Knowledge. The ideal candidate has experience in:
Window, Siding, or Roofing Sales
Exterior Construction or Painting
Home Inspection or General Contracting
You must be able to look a homeowner in the eye and intelligently discuss exterior maintenance, durability, and the difference between traditional latex paint and our ceramic coating system.
(Product specifics training will be provided)
THE JOB:
Locations: Various convention centers and event venues throughout the Greater Chicago area.
Role: Manage (set up / take down) and maintain our exhibit booth at local home shows and the State Fairs. , explain the ceramic coating difference, and book appointment requests for our sales team.
Answer technical and benefit-oriented questions regarding our Industry Leading warranty and product technology.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects our premium brand.
Schedule: Weekend availability is mandatory (this is when shows happen).
COMPENSATION:
Base Pay: $25 per hour
Incentive: Performance bonuses for qualified appointments set.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a background in Home Improvement/Construction.
Reliable transportation to venues across Chicagoland.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Comfortable standing and engaging with crowds for 6-8 hours.
The "Pro" Compensation Package
Base Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
Standard "Brand Ambassador" rate in Chicago is $18–$21. We are paying the extra $4–$7 premium for the ability to filter out bad leads and answer technical questions.
Bonus Commission $25.00 – $50.00 per Qualified Appointment- Paid on the set appointment (getting on the calendar), not just the lead capture.
Tiered Bonus:
1–5 Appts/weekend: $25 each
6–10 Appts/weekend: $35 each
11+ Appts/weekend: $50 each
$100 Cash Bonus if the booth hits a specific target (15 or more qualified appointments in a single weekend).
It prevents us from stuffing the jar with bad leads just to look busy. You only get paid bonus if you book a solid time slot.
Total Expected Earnings (Example Weekend)
If you work a 14-hour weekend (Sat/Sun) and book 10 appointments:
Base: 14 hours x $25 = $350
Commission: 10 appts x $35 (Tier 2) = $350
Total Weekend Pay: $700 ($50 / hr effective rate)
