Cabinet Finisher – Villa Park, IL
We’re a custom cabinet and millwork shop in Villa Park, IL looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our finishing team full-time. Experience is great — but we’re also happy to train someone with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Sand, prep, stain, and finish wood cabinets and components
- Assist with spraying and touch-up work (we will train if needed)
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior finishing or woodworking experience is a plus, not required
- Shows up, does the work, takes pride in doing it right
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Works well with others in a shop environment
Pay & Benefits:
- $22–$32 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- 401(k) with company match – dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your pay
- Paid time off: 2 weeks (80 hours)
