We are growing and looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and perform damage assessments on vehicles
Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC One or similar)
Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and the repair team
Review and update estimates as needed throughout the repair process
Ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations
Maintain detailed records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as an auto body estimator (or similar role)
Familiarity with estimating software (CCC One preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
