Comfort Home Remodeling Design is seeking an experienced working Concrete Foreman to join our construction team.
Our foreman position is a crucial part of delivering our projects with high quality, on time and exceeding our clients expectations.
Qualifications
Three or more years experience as a foreman in the concrete industry (required)
Understands the quality control processes in concrete work
Able to manage grades/elevations
Ability to read and analyze blueprints
Knowledgeable in all phases of concrete; layout, forming, placing rebar, anchor bolts, pouring and finishing concrete
Strong leadership qualities
Great communication skills
A good driving record/ valid driver's license (required)
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Pay is dependent on your experience and what you bring to the company.
