As a Construction Maintenance Director at In House, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our member’s home maintenance needs, ensuring work is completed efficiently, effectively, and with exceptional quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example, embodying In House's values of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage multiple jobs and crews across various locations, ensuring timely completion and exceptional results
Collaborate with our home manager and members to design and carry out maintenance plans.
Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and improve overall performance
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Conduct site visits, climb ladders, and navigate stairs as required, ensuring a hands-on approach to project management
Travel to multiple locations, with a valid driver's license, to oversee projects and support our teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in construction and building methods, with a focus on residential or commercial projects
Experience with high-end homes and luxury construction and maintenance
Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects, crews, and stakeholders
Experience in organizing recurring and spontaneous jobs in an efficient and uniform manner
High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work comfortably on ladders, climbing stairs, and traveling to multiple locations
Valid driver's license and proficiency in using email and applications
