In House, a home services startup, is looking for a motivated and empowered Construction Manager in the Logan Square area (Northside), City of Chicago Northside, and the Northern Suburbs.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
1. Highly motivated, organized, with extreme attention to detail
2. At least 5 years of experience building and remodeling homes, preferably in the City of Chicago (Northside) and Northern Suburbs
3. Proficient in reading construction drawings, process management, material procurement, bidding, budgeting, employee/vendor management
4. Experienced in email, Microsoft office, and ability to learn proprietary software
5. Ability to problem solve
6. Good communication skills
7. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Position Specifics
Full-Time In Person (in Office & On Site)
Pay: $85K plus company car after 60 days
