Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Owner’s Representative (Commission-Only) to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This is not a salaried position. Instead, you will earn commissions on projects you secure and manage. The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of reliable subcontractors and trades to execute the work.
Responsibilities
Represent the owner’s interests in all aspects of project planning and execution
Perform site visits for estimates
Leverage your own contractor network to staff and complete projects
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control for assigned projects
Coordinate between owners, contractors, and vendors
Ensure compliance with all safety, permitting, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular updates and reporting to the company owners
Requirements
Proven experience in construction management, Foreman, project management, or as an owner’s rep
Established network of subcontractors/trades you can mobilize
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience using a CRM software
Experience estimating potential projects
Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
Compensation
Commission-based only (no base salary)
