(June 21 still looking) Looking for a productive, high-quality, experienced (7+ years minimum), carpenter with modern tools to build decks primarily in DuPage County. Pressure-treated and Trex composite primarily used. Ideal person will have built more than 50 decks and lives in DuPage County or within 10 minutes of DuPage.
Dig holes. Carry heavy treated lumber. All part of the deck job.
English speakers only. Self sufficient. Must have truck and tools including:
Miter saw, impact driver, drills, reciprocating saw, jig saw, etc. Specialty tools, we have.
Additional skill sets: windows, siding, flooring, roofing, trim very favorable!
This is a 1099 position.
Two man crew usually. Maybe fill-in work for the "right" person.
