Duties:
- Drive to homes and businesses across Chicago and suburbs
- Install window treatments according to specifications
- Provide your own power tools and hand tools to complete installation tasks
- Measure windows and materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Repair or replace damaged components as needed
- Complete and submit paperwork for each project to office staff in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- Must have at least one year of experience installing window treatments
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools commonly used in installation work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Provide your own truck, van, or SUV to transport product to job sites
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
