Cobblestone Remodeling Inc., a leader in home remodeling for over 30 years, is seeking a Field Supervisor/Project Manager to join our Exterior Remodeling Team (Windows/Siding/Doors/Decks). As Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews all plans, subcontracts, proposals, and estimates
- Studies specifications of proposal, scope of work, and creates a project schedule of construction events based on the start and completion dates, material delivery dates, and sub-contractor availability for each phase of construction
- Conducts walk through pre-construction & upon completion with Sales and Subcontractors prior to sale to ensure accuracy and mutual understanding of project scope and upon completion
- Reviews material specifications
- Schedules subcontractors and work with a team to schedule field staff as needed
- Participates in production meetings as scheduled to address production issues and communicate project status
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of all aspects of residential construction and remodeling
- 5 - 10 years (minimum) experience working with exterior remodeling (Siding & Windows MUST HAVE)
- Able to understand architectural drawings and shop drawings
- Organizational skills, including maintaining and managing schedules of crews, projects, subcontractors, and document flow. Good time management skills are essential!
