General Laborer – Construction

Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, carpentry, painting, framing,light electric, light plumbing, flooring,concrete work,tiles, etc.
Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled workers as needed.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards.
Take initiative to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required.
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
