JOB SUMMARY:
Conducts in-home HVAC Changeouts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve the clients of the company by expertly installing heating and air conditioning systems and components.
Test each system after each installation is completed prior to leaving the customer’s home to make sure that the system is working properly.
Explain the operations of the system to the customer when the replacement is completed. Make sure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work.
Perform a proper inspection of the installed system and report that information back to the office
Record the age and type of each system component on every single work order to ensure that the correct technician is sent to the right job.
Maintain vehicles that are neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.
Job Requirements
Must have prior, successful experience as a HVAC Installer
Must be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation, and use hands frequently.
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
