We are a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company looking to hire a Service Technician. 2+ years of experience is preferred but we are willing to train! We have been working in the North Shore of Chicago for 77 years. We’re looking for someone who is a team player, that has a valid drivers license, good communication skills and has technical skills. There is a lot of room for growth within our company!
The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks will include performing preventive maintenance, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and address customer concerns effectively
Knowledge and compliance with EPA regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Relevant certification in HVAC systems and EPA certification preferred
Authorized to work in the US
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
